Just follow the included instructions and return the collected sample by mail in the pre-paid packaging your test came in.

Within 4-8 weeks of our lab receiving your sample, you'll receive a comprehensive report outlining your furry friend's age and personality characteristics.

How do you collect samples from your dog?

How accurate is our age test?
We have found that 90% of the time the predicted age is within 18 months of the actual age of your pup. The science behind our method can be found in our previously published study.
How will the results be reported?
We will provide your dog's report within your customer portal. To access your customer portal, please click "Login" in the menu bar and then log in with the email you used at checkout or when registering your sample(s).
How long will it take to receive the test results?
We will upload your results to your customer portal within 4-8 weeks of receiving your sample.

I was so excited to get the info on Millie. When I got her from Bother Wolf in Asheville, NC, we thought she was a Pitbull. I had decided to get a fourth dog, and my husband said that would be fine, but just no Pitbull. Well, what did I come home with?? A Pitbull. I wondered if she was truly a Pitty--there were things about her that looked like she might be a Staffy more than the Pitbull. I wanted a Staffy, but when I saw her, she was what I wanted to take home with me. Having her for almost a year and then finding out she was what I was wanting to begin with was wonderful--but I would have continued to love her no matter what! We don’t have a way to test the accuracy of the test, but the process was efficient and results were presented well. It was very interesting to see what breeds made up our rescue puppy!
A little slow but worth the wait
The kit was easy to use and I learned a lot about the puppy I had. The results explained the color markings and suspicions that I had about the puppy, She has no beagle in her but she happens to be one of the best dogs I have ever had. She is smart as a whip and learns very fast. I wouldn't trade her for a true beagle. I recommend this kit for anyone who wants to learn more about their pets origins

Easy process from sample to signing up. Can see that it was received, now the wait. Funny, the only bad reviews are from people who simply don’t like or disagree with results😂. I know half my girls DNA so I’m excited to see the rest! As an ex-zookeeper and animal caretaker for 20+ years, I know all is not always as it appears!
